Globe Industries started working on control systems in Ahmedabad after noticing a common issue in tablet production. Machines were available, but control over pressure, timing, and repeat output was not stable. Operators had to keep adjusting settings again and again. That slows down production and creates variation. So we focused on building control systems that are simple to operate and stable during continuous use.

We manufacture and supply auto tablet compaction system used in tablet production where consistent output matters. This system is designed to manage compaction pressure and cycle in a controlled way. If control response is not steady, tablet weight and hardness keep changing. We try to avoid that by keeping system response predictable instead of adding unnecessary functions.

It’s also worth noting that many users don’t need complex interfaces. In actual production, operators prefer clear controls that can be understood quickly. So we keep the layout simple. Important settings are accessible without going through multiple steps.

Then there’s the matter of integration. Control system has to work with existing machine setup. If compatibility is not proper, the system becomes difficult to use. We check basic requirements before supply so fitting and connection remain straightforward.

Maintenance is another concern. Systems with too many electronic parts create downtime when something fails. We keep the design manageable so basic checks can be done without depending on external support every time.

We supply these control systems across Ahmedabad and nearby pharma units where tablet production is active. Some customers upgrade existing machines, while others install new setups. We handle both based on requirement.

We don’t claim high-end automation for every case. In our experience, a control system that gives stable output and is easy to handle is more useful than a complex one that needs constant attention. That’s what we try to deliver in daily working conditions.
