Powder Samplers

Globe Industries started manufacturing powder samplers in Ahmedabad after seeing how often sampling errors come from tool design, not from process. In pharma work, sampling is a routine task, but if the sampler is not correct, results can’t be trusted. So we kept our focus on making powder samplers that are simple to use and consistent in output.

We manufacture and supply different types of powder samplers used in production and quality control. Our range includes stainless steel powder sampler with die, SS powder sampler with die, telescopic swab sampler, and powder trier scroll sampling rod. Each type is used for a different purpose. Not every sampler works in every condition, so selection matters more than quantity.

Stainless steel powder sampler with die is used where fixed volume collection is needed. If die size is not accurate, sampling result changes. We keep dimensions controlled during machining. Surface finish is also kept smooth so powder does not stick inside.

Then there’s powder trier scroll sampling rod, which is used for layered sampling. This tool needs proper slot design and alignment. If openings are uneven, sampling is not correct. We don’t change design unnecessarily once it is working properly.

Telescopic swab sampler is used where reach is an issue. In large containers or deep drums, normal samplers are not enough. But if extension is not stable, handling becomes difficult. So we keep the mechanism simple and firm.

It’s also worth noting that many users prefer SS material because cleaning is easier and repeat use is possible. We mostly use stainless steel based on requirement, instead of mixing materials without reason.

We supply powder samplers across Ahmedabad and Gujarat where pharma production is active. Some customers go for standard sizes, while others need specific lengths or capacities. We take both types of orders.

We don’t try to complicate sampling tools. If a sampler works correctly every time, that’s enough. That’s what users actually expect during daily operations.
