SS 316 Liquid Sampler

Globe Industries started manufacturing SS 316 liquid sampler in Ahmedabad after seeing that many sampling tools fail over time due to material quality. In liquid sampling, corrosion and contamination are real issues. If the sampler material is not suitable, performance drops and results become unreliable. So we focused on making SS 316 liquid sampler that can handle regular use without such problems.

We manufacture and supply SS 316 liquid sampler used for collecting liquid samples from tanks, drums, and process vessels. These samplers are used in pharma production and quality control where accuracy and cleanliness matter. If internal finish is rough or flow is not controlled, the collected sample may not represent the actual material. We keep the internal surface smooth so liquid moves properly.

It’s also worth noting that SS 316 material is preferred because of its resistance to corrosion and better compatibility with different liquids. Using lower grade stainless steel may reduce cost, but it creates long-term issues. We follow proper SS 316 grade where required instead of adjusting quality.

Then there’s the matter of sealing and fitting. If connections are not tight, leakage can happen during sampling. We keep joints properly fitted and check them before dispatch. We don’t leave these adjustments for the user side.

Handling is also considered. A liquid sampler should be easy to insert, operate, and remove. If the structure is not balanced, operators face difficulty during repeated use. We keep the design simple so handling remains steady.
